About the Role :

We are looking for a Principal Agentic AI Developer who is passionate about building production-grade AI systems and solving complex real-world problems.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced product environments, takes end-to-end ownership, and enjoys building intelligent systems from the ground up.

You will play a key role in shaping our Agentic AI platform NeIO built around Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) while developing AI applications across domains such as GIS, Healthcare, Document Intelligence, and other enterprise use cases.

What You'll Do :

- Lead and own the design and development of our next-generation Agentic AI platform and AI-powered full stack applications.

- Build production-ready AI agents using modern LLM frameworks, orchestration tools, and RAG architectures.

- Architect scalable AI systems serving multiple domains and multi-tenant applications.

- Design retrieval pipelines, vector databases, and agent workflows.

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams.

- Mentor engineers while remaining hands-on in coding.

What We're Looking For :

- 4-8 years of software engineering experience with minimum 2 years experience of Agentic AI.

- Strong product engineering background preferred.

- Hands-on expertise in Python, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, LangGraph/LangChain/LlamaIndex, vector DB or similar.

- Experience in training models is high desired.

- Experience with vector databases, cloud platforms, APIs (FAST + REST), microservices.

- Exposure to GIS, Healthcare, Document Intelligence, Voice recognition, NLP is desirable.

- Ownership mindset, problem-solving attitude, curiosity, and continuous learning.

- Must to have is AI driven SDLC and specs driven software development.
