Role Overview :

CODVO. AI is looking for an experienced AI / Copilot Engineer to develop intelligent Copilot experiences and AI agents for enterprise applications. The role involves working with Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Foundry, large language models (LLMs), knowledge retrieval systems, and semantic search technologies to build AI-powered solutions.

The ideal candidate should have programming experience in Python or C#, an understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and familiarity with vector databases, ontologies, and knowledge graphs. The role also requires knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM integration to support the development of intelligent, context-aware enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and enhance enterprise-grade Copilot experiences and AI-powered solutions.

- Build and support AI agents and Copilot-based applications using Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft Foundry.

- Integrate large language models (LLMs) into AI applications to enable intelligent interactions and responses.

- Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve the relevance and effectiveness of LLM-generated outputs.

- Work with knowledge retrieval and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) approaches to support context-aware responses.

- Use vector databases and semantic search concepts to support information retrieval and knowledge discovery.

- Work with ontologies and knowledge graphs to structure and connect information for AI-driven applications.

- Develop and maintain application components using Python or C#.

- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to build AI solutions aligned with enterprise requirements.

- Obtain Microsoft Copilot certification before joining or within three months of joining, as applicable.

Required Skills :

- 3+ years of relevant professional experience.

- Experience or knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft Foundry.

- Understanding of AI agents and Copilot solutions.

- Familiarity with ontologies and knowledge graphs.

- Knowledge of vector databases and semantic search.

- Understanding of knowledge retrieval and RAG.

- Programming proficiency in Python or C#.

- Knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM integration.

- Microsoft Copilot certification, or willingness to obtain it within three months of joining.
