What You'll Do :
- Design, build, and own full stack features across backend services, APIs, and frontend applications.
- Architect and maintain scalable microservices that handle high-throughput, data-intensive workloads.
- Integrate AI agents and LLM-based workflows into product features, including prompt design, data processing, tool use, and retrieval-augmented systems.
- Instrument systems with observability, logging, and alerting to ensure reliability at scale.
- Drive technical decisions and contribute to architecture discussions with a pragmatic, product-focused lens.
- Implement secure design principles throughout the entire stack, including RBAC and tenant-scoped features with consistent server-side enforcement.
What We're Looking For :
- 5 - 6 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (preferably .NET Core) and one modern frontend framework (preferably React).
- Demonstrated experience designing microservice systems - service decomposition, inter-service communication (REST, gRPC, message queues), and failure handling.
- Experience building and maintaining data-intensive systems : high-volume APIs, event-driven architectures, caching strategies, and database schema design/optimization (SQL and NoSQL).
- Hands-on experience integrating AI agents or LLMs into production applications - including working with APIs like OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models, and patterns like tool calling, RAG, or multi-agent orchestration.
- Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure (preferably AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with standard automation testing practices for unit tests and integration tests.
Nice to Have :
- Exposure to agentic frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or custom implementations).
- Experience with agent-assisted software development using tools such as Cursor, Claude Code.
