Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design, build, configure, and enhance AI agents within Moveworks Agent Studio aligned with enterprise roadmap.

- Partner with Agents & Automations team to deliver prioritized agents meeting business needs.

- Own end-to-end lifecycle of agent delivery: development, testing, deployment, optimization.

- Integrate backend systems via :

1. Built-in Moveworks connectors

2. MCP-based integrations

3. Agentic platforms (Snowflake, SnapLogic, Microsoft Copilot, n8n/writer orchestration)

- Leverage enterprise systems (e.g., ServiceNow) as workflow engines for IT, HR, Finance automation.

- Improve enterprise chatbot experience (Ask Nexus) by refining conversational flows and usability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated AI solutions using Moveworks Agent Studio and ServiceNow Now Assist.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously optimize agent performance and user experience.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong proficiency in Python for AI agent logic and integrations.

- Hands-on experience with Moveworks Agent Studio (setup, ingestion, configuration, plugins).

- Proven experience building chatbot solutions with A2A/MCP-based architectures.

- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and execution flows.

- Experience integrating systems via REST APIs, OAuth/SAML, SQL/NoSQL databases.
