Work Mode: Work From Office

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Own and deliver features end-to-end, from requirement analysis through production deployment.

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.

- Translate business requirements into effective and maintainable technical solutions.

- Participate in technical design, architecture discussions, code reviews, CI/CD, deployment, and production support.

- Ensure code quality, performance, security, and maintainability through engineering best practices.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive effective root-cause resolution.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical solutions clearly.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices.

- Demonstrate strong ownership and leadership potential, with a path toward a Technical Lead / Engineering Leadership role.

Tech Stack & Requirements:

- Backend: Python (FastAPI, Flask, and/or Django), REST API development.

- Frontend: React.js, JavaScript, API integration.

- Database: PostgreSQL/MySQL, SQL, data modeling, indexing, query optimization.

- Cloud: AWS, cloud-based application deployment.

- DevOps & CI/CD: Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, automated build/testing.

- Engineering Practices: SDLC, code reviews, testing, debugging, scalable application development.

- Communication: Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
