We are looking for a Junior Deployment Engineer to assist with deploying, configuring, and supporting our AI-powered insurance automation platform within customer environments.

This role is ideal for someone with strong Python fundamentals, an interest in cloud technologies, and a passion for automation.

You will work closely with senior engineers to deploy solutions, build automation workflows, integrate customer systems, and troubleshoot implementation issues.

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist in deploying and configuring product components within customer cloud environments (AWS/Azure).

- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python to collect and process data from websites and business systems.

- Support web automation workflows using tools such as Playwright or Selenium.

- Assist in extracting and transforming data from PDFs, spreadsheets, emails, APIs, and other business documents.

- Configure and test API integrations between our platform and customer applications.

- Monitor deployment activities and help troubleshoot configuration, connectivity, and data-processing issues.

- Work with senior engineers to improve deployment processes and automation workflows.

- Create technical documentation for deployment procedures and customer configurations.

- Participate in testing and validation of new product releases before customer deployment.

Required Qualifications :

- 0-2 years of experience in Software Engineering, Automation Engineering, DevOps, Data Engineering, or a related technical field.

- Good programming skills in Python.

- Understanding of REST APIs and JSON.

- Basic knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.

- Familiarity with web automation tools such as Playwright or Selenium is a plus.

- Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

- Familiarity with Git version control.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to learn new technologies and work in a customer-facing environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Docker.

- Exposure to Linux environments.

- Experience working with PDFs, OCR tools, or document-processing workflows.

- Understanding of data extraction and web scraping concepts.

- Knowledge of insurance systems, CRM systems, or enterprise software integrations is a plus. (Good to have)
