Key Responsibilities :

- Lead technology engineering initiatives for complex defence systems, platforms, and technology-driven solutions.

- Drive technology development for applications involving drones/UAVs, missiles, autonomous systems, weapons platforms, and other advanced defence technologies.

- Leverage expertise from automotive, autonomous mobility, robotics, and related engineering domains and translate these capabilities into defence applications.

- Lead and guide teams across Production Engineering, Systems Engineering, and advanced defence technology development.

- Build and scale the defence technology practice, including technical teams, engineering capabilities, and solution offerings.

- Drive technology ideation, innovation, and execution with a strong results-oriented approach.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify emerging technology opportunities in the defence sector.

- Identify opportunities to apply Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Generative AI, and other AI technologies to defence applications.

Required Candidate Profile :

- Proven experience as a senior technology leader in defence technology, aerospace, autonomous systems, robotics, or related engineering domains.

- Deep technical expertise across complex software, hardware, systems engineering, and technology development.

- Strong experience with drones/UAVs, autonomous systems, robotics, or other advanced technology platforms.

- Proven leadership experience across Production Engineering, Systems Engineering, or advanced technology development teams.

- Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Generative AI, and emerging AI technologies.

- Strong strategic thinking, innovation, problem-solving, and execution capabilities.
