Position Overview :

We are looking for an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of AI-first products. The ideal candidate has experience building Agentic AI products and working closely with Engineering and AI teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy for AI-powered products.

- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch.

- Write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Collaborate with Engineering, AI/ML, Design, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

- Build products using LLMs, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, RAG, MCP, Function Calling, and AI orchestration frameworks.

- Monitor product KPIs and drive continuous improvement.

- Present product updates and strategy to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.

- 3 to 5 years of Product Management experience in an IT Product, SaaS, or AI company.

- Proven experience building and launching AI-first or Agentic AI products.

- Strong understanding of LLMs, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, RAG, MCP, Function Calling, and AI orchestration frameworks.

- Experience working with AI/ML Engineers to build scalable AI solutions.

- Experience writing PRDs, user stories, and managing product roadmaps.

- Understanding of AI evaluation, hallucinations, latency, context management, and prompt optimization.

- Hands-on experience with Agile, Jira, and Confluence.

- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

- Startup experience preferred.

Preferred Skills :

- OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI.

- Vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval.

- Enterprise SaaS products, chatbots, voice agents, or automation platforms.

- APIs, Azure/AWS/GCP, Mixpanel or Amplitude.
