Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and MongoDB.

- Build scalable microservices-based architectures and RESTful APIs.

- Develop responsive and reusable frontend components using React.

- Deploy, manage, and support applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.

- Work with Kubernetes for container orchestration and application deployment.

- Implement event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.

- Implement caching strategies to improve application performance and scalability.

- Use AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, or Claude integrations within VS Code to improve development productivity.

- Follow application development lifecycle (ADLC) practices, including coding standards, testing, code reviews, deployment, and maintenance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Required Skillsets :

- 6 - 10 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development using Java and modern frontend technologies.

- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and REST APIs.

- Hands-on experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

- Experience with AWS services and cloud-native application development.

- Strong knowledge of MongoDB and database design.

- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Apache Kafka.

- Familiarity with caching technologies and performance optimization.

- Mandatory exposure to AI-powered coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, or Claude integrations in VS Code.

- Understanding of ADLC, CI/CD pipelines, version control, unit testing, and code quality practices.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
