About the Role :

CDM Smith is seeking a Manager, Software Developer to join our Digital Engineering Solutions team. This individual will be part of the Development group, engaged in research and development, providing guidance to AEC practices, and incubating innovative ideas.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage the development of functional specifications and oversee software architectures for complex applications.

- Ensure development documentation is complete and oversee the development of complex application code.

- Manage day-to-day staff activity, performance appraisals, training, and resource capacity planning.

- Oversee deployment packages, issue tracking, and source code control.

- Direct hardware and software specifications and database design decisions.

Tech Stack & Skills :

- SDLC, Agile Development, MVC, MVVM, SPA.

- .NET languages (C#, VB.NET), ASP.NET, .NET Core.

- Frontend : Angular, React, Vue.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap.

- Web Services : RESTful APIs.

- Data : Entity Framework, ADO.NET, SQL/NoSQL services.

- Security : OWASP, OAuth2.0, JWT, CIAM, IAM.

- DevOps : Git, DevSecOps, infrastructure pipeline management.

Minimum Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent directly related experience.

- 10+ years of related experience, including at least 2 years in a management or leadership capacity.

- AZ-900 certification is a plus.
