Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with basic understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI concepts to manage end-to-end AI-driven projects. The ideal candidate should have strong project management experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams delivering AI/ML solutions. Deep technical expertise in AI/ML is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage end-to-end AI/ML and GenAI projects from planning to delivery.

- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.

- Coordinate with Data Scientists, AI/ML Engineers, Developers, and Business Stakeholders.

- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.

- Track project execution using Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.

- Facilitate communication between technical and business teams.

- Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and timelines.

- Stay informed about AI/ML trends and support AI-enabled business initiatives.

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of IT Project Management experience.

- Basic knowledge of AI/ML, Generative AI, and related concepts.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and project governance.

- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience managing cross-functional technical teams.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an added advantage.

- PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certifications are preferred.

Preferred Certifications :

- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile Scrum Master

- AWS / Google Cloud / Microsoft AI & ML Certifications

- Data Science or AI/ML certifications from reputed institutions
