C++ Teamcenter Developer - PLM Ecosystem

Job Overview :

We are looking for a skilled C++ & Teamcenter Developer to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C++ programming along with hands-on experience or exposure to Teamcenter. You will be responsible for developing, customizing, and enhancing solutions within the Teamcenter PLM ecosystem while ensuring high performance and reliability of applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using C++ and Teamcenter.

- Work on customizations, configurations, integrations, and enhancements within the Teamcenter environment.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business and technical requirements and deliver effective solutions.

- Debug, analyze, and optimize existing code, workflows, and integrations.

- Ensure adherence to software development best practices, coding standards, and quality benchmarks.

- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and process improvements to enhance overall delivery excellence.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in C++ programming (mandatory).

- Experience working with Teamcenter (Customization / ITK / RAC / BMIDE) is preferred.

- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs), data structures, and software development fundamentals.

- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver solutions independently.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have :

- Experience working in the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) domain.

- Exposure to Teamcenter SOA or Active Workspace.

- Knowledge of delivery excellence and client-focused solution delivery.
