We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.

The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze data, build dashboards, and deliver meaningful reports.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and insights

- Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and reports

- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and KPIs

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reports

- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business initiatives

- Collaborate with data engineers and IT teams on data modeling and ETL processes

- Optimize reporting performance and improve data visualization standards

- Document business logic, metrics definitions, and reporting processes

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik

- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases

- Experience with data modeling and data warehousing concepts

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
