We're Hiring : Enterprise BI Administrator.

Role : Enterprise BI Administrator.

Location : Bangalore / Mumbai / Pune (Hybrid).

Contract : Long-term contract role.

Notice Period : Immediate Joiners or Candidates with a Maximum 30-Day Notice Period Preferred.

Key Skills :

- Strong administration experience with Reporting & Visualization platforms : TIBCO Spotfire (12.x, 14.x) and SAP BusinessObjects (BI 4.x, 2025).

- Experience with similar BI tools is an added advantage.

- Strong knowledge of : Web Intelligence, CMC, IDT/UDT (BusinessObjects), and Spotfire Architecture (Node Manager, Library, Services).

- Hands-on experience with : Linux & Windows Servers, Tomcat / Web Servers, Oracle, Databricks, and Datahub.

Key Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain TIBCO Spotfire Server, Web Player, Automation Services, and SAP BusinessObjects (BI Platform) in Cloud & On-Prem environments.

- Maintain BO Universes (UNX/UNV) and Spotfire data configurations.

- Administer users, roles, groups, and permissions across Spotfire and BusinessObjects.

- Configure and manage integrations with LDAP, Active Directory, SSO, MFA, and Entra ID.

- Manage database connectivity with Oracle, SQL Server, SAP HANA, and other enterprise databases.

- Support Development, QA, and Production environments.

- Manage shared storage (NAS, FxS) and perform system monitoring, health checks, and performance tuning.

- Apply patches, upgrades, and hotfixes while ensuring platform stability and security compliance.

- Optimize server performance, queries, reports, dashboards, caching strategies, and load balancing.

- Support migration of BI content across environments and perform post-upgrade system testing.

- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and ensure audit readiness.

- Provide L2/L3 production support to business users and development teams.
