Role Overview :

- Drive user-centered design solutions that deliver value and improve experiences to millions of users.

- Employ innovative and effective strategies to solve user interaction challenges that push creative boundaries.

- Create and maintain vision and design specifications, wire frames and interactive prototypes.

- Use design and analysis tools to define problem statements and drive solutions.

- Work closely with cross-functional/multi-disciplinary teams including visual designers, researchers, software architects, developers, and product managers to iteratively design concepts and interactions for our products.

- Interact with customers and end users to better understand their needs and translating those needs into innovative solutions.

- Manage a mixed workload of multiple ongoing tasks including new function development and product maintenance.

Tech Stack & Requirements :

- 3+ years of experience designing interactive user experiences for technology products that serve med-large customer bases

- Experience in front-end development technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap)

- Experience with Angular 2+ version is a must

- Solid hands-on technical skills in Core Java and multi-threading

- Problem solving using data structures and algorithms

- Strong Object Oriented application design and development

- Strong knowledge and experience with various DBMS (SQL Server, Oracle, DB2)

- Experience with Jira/Agile development and source code management tools like GIT or ISPW

- Expertise/familiarity in developing various type of scripts for effective use of popular test automation and DevOps tools like Jenkins, Selenium, RFT, UFT etc

- Understanding of UX design standards and best practices

- Proficiency prototyping interactive designs using a variety of design tools and technologies

- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong understanding and working knowledge of the software development process

Nice to have :

- Understanding of AI/ML, Gen AI technologies

- Exposure to IT Service Management, ITIL, and operations within Enterprise IT support teams
