Blockchain Architect - Hyperledger

We are looking for a highly skilled Blockchain Architect with 610 years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in designing, architecting, and implementing enterprise-grade blockchain solutions. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in blockchain platforms, smart contract development, distributed ledger technologies, cryptography, and enterprise system integration.

As a Blockchain Architect, you will be responsible for defining blockchain strategies, designing secure and scalable decentralized applications (dApps), selecting the appropriate blockchain platform, establishing architecture standards, and guiding engineering teams through implementation. You will collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, security teams, and developers to deliver innovative blockchain-powered solutions that address enterprise business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Design end-to-end blockchain architecture for enterprise-grade applications and digital transformation initiatives.

Evaluate business requirements and recommend suitable blockchain platforms based on scalability, performance, security, and governance.

Define blockchain solution architecture, including network topology, node configuration, consensus mechanisms, and smart contract frameworks.

Design, develop, review, and optimize secure smart contracts for decentralized applications.

Lead the architecture and implementation of public, private, and consortium blockchain networks.

Establish best practices for blockchain security, identity management, key management, and cryptographic implementations.

Integrate blockchain platforms with enterprise applications, APIs, ERP systems, cloud platforms, and legacy systems.

Design tokenization frameworks, digital asset management solutions, and decentralized identity systems where applicable.

Develop architecture documentation, technical specifications, and solution blueprints.

Guide development teams in implementing blockchain applications following architecture standards and coding best practices.

Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance optimization exercises.

Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, scalability, and resilience of blockchain solutions.

Design secure API layers for blockchain-enabled enterprise applications.

Define governance models for permissioned blockchain environments.

Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate blockchain deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure management.

Evaluate emerging blockchain technologies and recommend innovations for future adoption.

Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Provide technical leadership during project planning, architecture discussions, and client engagements.

Mentor blockchain developers and technical teams on architecture principles and blockchain best practices.

Strong expertise in blockchain architecture and distributed ledger technologies.

Experience designing secure smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps).

Hands-on experience with Hyperledger Fabric, Ethereum, Quorum, or similar blockchain platforms.

Experience integrating blockchain solutions with enterprise systems and cloud environments.

Strong understanding of cryptography, blockchain security, and decentralized identity.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with tokenization platforms and digital asset management.

Knowledge of Web3 technologies and decentralized ecosystems.

Experience building NFT marketplaces or DeFi platforms.

Familiarity with Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKP) and advanced cryptographic techniques.

Experience with blockchain interoperability frameworks.

Exposure to CBDC (Central Bank Digital Currency) initiatives.

Cloud architecture certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Blockchain certifications such as Certified Blockchain Architect (CBA), Certified Blockchain Professional (CBP), or Hyperledger certifications.

Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF is an added advantage.

Proven experience in architecting scalable, secure, and high-performance blockchain solutions.

Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and distributed systems.

Ability to translate complex business requirements into robust blockchain architectures.

Experience leading technical teams and mentoring blockchain developers.
