Description :

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with strong experience in Python and Golang to build and scale AML and risk-oriented systems. The role involves designing high-performance backend services, working with real-time streaming, and supporting data-intensive compliance workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop backend services using Python and Golang

- Build and maintain real-time data pipelines using Kafka

- Design scalable schemas and data models for AML, transaction monitoring, and risk analysis

- Work with PostgreSQL for OLTP and Apache Pinot / OLAP systems for analytics

- Implement caching and rate-limiting using Redis (mandatory)

- Collaborate with frontend teams to support React-based dashboards

- Ensure data consistency, auditability, and compliance with regulatory standards

- Write clean, testable, and production-ready code

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4+ years of backend development experience

- Strong proficiency in Python and Golang (1.5+ years mandatory)

- Hands-on experience with Kafka / event-driven systems

- Solid understanding of PostgreSQL schema design and indexing

- Experience with Redis (mandatory)

- Familiarity with Apache Pinot or other OLAP systems

- Exposure to React-based frontend integration

- Experience working on fintech, AML, or risk-based systems is a strong plus

Nice to Have :

- Experience with schema evolution, event sourcing, or outbox patterns

- Understanding of compliance, audit logging, and regulatory reporting

- Experience in high-scale, low-latency systems
