About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Azure AI Architect to join our tech team. This permanent position is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of AI/ML engineering and Microsoft Azure's suite of AI tools. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing AI solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop AI architectures using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Azure ML.

- Implement solutions involving AI Search, Document Intelligence, Vision, and RAG architecture.

- Utilize vector databases, embeddings, chunking, and retrieval strategies in AI applications.

- Lead the integration of Agentic AI, LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, ReAct, and LLMOps tools.

- Ensure observability, security, governance, and performance of AI systems.

- Develop APIs using FastAPI and Flask and manage Azure Functions and Logic Apps.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

- Employ AI frameworks such as Transformers, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn.

- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of knowledge sharing.

Requirements :

- 6 to 10 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering and architecture.

- Proficiency in Python and Azure's AI tools and technologies.

- Strong skills in prompt engineering, tool-calling, memory, and context-management.

- Experience with responsible AI, security, governance, cost management, and performance optimization.

- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of mentoring and leading technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and structured-output strategies.

- Familiarity with communication, mentoring, and diversity in tech environments.
