Lead Product Manager AI-Native Development

Location : Bangalore / Chennai / Mumbai.

Work Mode : Hybrid.

Experience : 6- 9 years (3- 5 years in Product Management).

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager AI Native Development who combines product leadership with hands-on building capability.

This is not a traditional roadmap-driven PM role.

We are hiring leaders who personally prototype, build, and ship AI-powered product flows using modern AI-assisted development environments such as Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or similar tools.

You will lead the development of AI-first products end-to-end, driving strategy, execution, and delivery at speed while mentoring teams and shaping product direction.

Note : Candidates who have only used AI tools for prompting (ChatGPT, Claude.ai, etc.) without building real product flows will not be considered.

Experience :

- 6- 9 years total experience.

- Minimum 6 - 12 months of hands-on AI-native product development (mandatory).

- Proven ability to lead and ship AI-powered products at scale.

- Strong understanding of AI/ML product ecosystems and trends.

- Ability to balance strategy with execution (builder mindset).

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

- Demonstrated experience in leading product initiatives or teams.

- Strong mentorship and team-building capabilities.

- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions.

- Startup or product-led company experience.

- Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini).

- Background in engineering, design, or technical product management.
