Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced AWS DevOps Lead to design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS cloud services, automation, containerization, infrastructure as code, and team leadership.

The candidate will play a key role in ensuring high availability, security, and performance of applications and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS.

- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated application deployment.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.

- Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes/EKS.

- Monitor system performance, availability, and security.

- Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions.

- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline release processes.

- Ensure compliance with security best practices and organizational standards.

- Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment-related issues.

- Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers and lead technical initiatives.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with AWS Services (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, Route53, CloudWatch, Lambda, EKS).

- Expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.

- Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).

- Experience with source control tools such as Git.

- Strong Linux administration and shell scripting skills.

- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack, or CloudWatch.

- Knowledge of networking, security, and cloud architecture best practices.

Preferred Qualifications :

- AWS Certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, AWS DevOps Engineer, etc.).

- Experience leading DevOps teams and mentoring engineers.

- Exposure to microservices architecture and cloud-native applications.

- Knowledge of security automation and DevSecOps practices.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

- Immediate Joiners or candidates with up to 30 days notice period preferred.
