Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in both frontend and backend development.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in React.js for frontend development and Python-based backend frameworks such as Django / Flask / FastAPI.

This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and taking ownership of end-to-end product development.

The candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, technical leadership, and the ability to build efficient, secure, and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications across frontend and backend systems.

- Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React.js.

- Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI).

- Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless frontend-backend communication.

- Translate business and product requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Work closely with UI/UX designers, product teams, and other developers to deliver high-quality applications.

- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and responsiveness.

- Optimize both frontend and backend systems for speed and efficiency.

- Manage and maintain databases such as PostgreSQL / MySQL / SQLite.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues across the full stack.

- Participate in architecture discussions, sprint planning, code reviews, and technical decision-making.

- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to best coding practices and development standards.

Required Skills :

- Strong proficiency in React.js and modern frontend development practices.

- Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.

- Strong proficiency in Python.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS (GCP / AZURE).

- Hands-on experience with Django / Flask / FastAPI.

- Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.

- Strong knowledge of database design, SQL, and query optimization.

- Experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL / SQLite.

- Good understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

- Familiarity with Git and version control best practices.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Redux / Context API or other state management libraries.

- Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT / OAuth.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.

- Exposure to Docker / containerized deployments.

- Understanding of performance optimization and application monitoring tools.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development.

- Ability to independently handle modules and deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and problem-solving-driven environment.

- Prior experience in product-based or client-facing development projects is preferred.
