About the Role:

We are expanding our engineering team and are looking for a developer who enjoys working across backend services, web applications, cloud platforms, and modern software delivery practices. This position involves more than simply writing features; you will be involved in understanding business requirements, designing technical solutions, developing applications, troubleshooting issues, and helping improve the way software is built and delivered.

What You Will Do:

- Building backend functionality and business applications using C# and .NET technologies.

- Creating services and APIs that allow different applications and platforms to communicate effectively.

- Working with relational databases and data access technologies to build efficient and reliable applications.

- Developing or contributing to web-based user interfaces using a modern JavaScript framework.

- Supporting the design and development of distributed applications and independently deployable services.

- Working with cloud-hosted environments and contributing to application deployment and operational activities.

- Investigating defects, analysing root causes, and implementing appropriate fixes.

- Improving application performance, stability, maintainability, and security.

- Reviewing code and contributing to technical discussions with other engineers.

- Collaborating with QA, product, architecture, cloud, and delivery teams throughout the development lifecycle.

- Supporting automated build, testing, and deployment processes.

- Participating actively in sprint ceremonies and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Tech Stack:

- Backend: C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, SQL Server, REST APIs.

- Frontend: React, Angular, Vue, JavaScript, TypeScript.

- Cloud & DevOps: Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP, Git, CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements:

- Professional experience in software engineering and hands-on development using the .NET ecosystem.

- Understanding of SOLID principles, secure coding, and performance optimization.

- Experience with distributed systems, messaging queues, or event-driven patterns is beneficial.

- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline is advantageous.
