Role Overview:

Coordinate across product, engineering, and operations to turn ideas into actionable plans, ensuring effective communication and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in defining product features and requirements

- Conduct market research for new opportunities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product feedback

- Facilitate sprint planning and reviews as Scrum Master

- Translate customer insights into actionable plans

Must-Haves:

- 2 - 5 years of experience in Product Management

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog management

- Experience in requirements gathering, PRDs, user stories, and coordinating with engineering teams

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with basic technical understanding of software or hardware systems

- Experience with robotics, warehouse automation, logistics tech, or industrial systems

- Strong communication skills are essential

- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
