Role Overview :

Support product development across requirements, agile execution, documentation, testing, and customer feedback. Work closely with engineering, operations, sales, marketing, and leadership to translate needs into actionable product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define product requirements, PRDs, feature specifications, use cases, and actionable development backlogs.

- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives across assigned product modules.

- Monitor sprint velocity, blockers, execution risks, backlog quality, and prioritization hygiene.

- Analyze market trends, competitors, user journeys, workflows, feature gaps, and usability opportunities.

- Maintain product documentation, release notes, feature libraries, testing records, and readiness materials.

- Gather customer and stakeholder feedback to identify pain points and product improvement opportunities.

- Support customer demos, pilots, product presentations, validation activities, and feature release communication.

Tech Stack & Requirements :

- 1-3 years of Product Management experience in SaaS, hardware or robotics.

- Agile / Scrum expertise, including sprint planning, backlog management, retrospectives, and execution tracking.

- Proficiency in PRDs, user stories, feature specifications, acceptance criteria, and workflow documentation.

- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, Excel/Google Sheets, and product analytics for product development and performance tracking.

- B.E in CS, IT, Electronics.
