Job Title - Associate Product Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Shall work under the guidance of Product Manager and shall be responsible for a project/module assigned

- Identifying new features/ improving existing features

- Conduct independent domain research or with the help of domain expert

- Maintaining backlog and planning for new developments and features

- Co-coordinating with development and QA team for smooth development and testing, resolving queries

- Establishing best practices for project management and various processes for smooth co-ordination between/within the team

- Reporting MIS/DIS for effective decision making and status of project

- Training/helping to sales team for new developments

- Imparting training to Ops AI/ML team for data analysis, NEW, and Transliteration etc.

- Maintaining relationship with clients and effectively gathering client feedback on product to identify and minimize gaps

- Performing competitive analysis to understand product positioning and future of the product
