Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced IT leader to head IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operations across the organization. The role will ensure secure, reliable, and scalable technology services while protecting both enterprise IT and manufacturing OT environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, implementation, and management of IT infrastructure and operations.

- Manage network and communication infrastructure, including connectivity, availability, and performance.

- Develop and oversee cybersecurity policies, controls, monitoring, and incident response.

- Manage Microsoft 365 services, identity and access management, and related security controls.

- Oversee data centre operations, backup, business continuity, and disaster recovery.

- Strengthen security across manufacturing IT and OT environments, including plant systems and operational technology.

- Ensure IT governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness.

- Manage technology vendors, contracts, budgets, and service-level agreements.

- Lead IT infrastructure and security projects from planning through delivery.

- Build, mentor, and manage the IT infrastructure and operations team.

- Establish service standards and drive continuous improvement in reliability, security, and user support.

Candidate Profile :

- 15 - 20 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT operations, preferably in manufacturing.

- Experience leading enterprise infrastructure and cybersecurity across multiple sites or plant locations.

- Understanding of manufacturing IT/OT environments and the security considerations involved.

- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder-management, and decision-making skills.

- Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, vendors, projects, and operational priorities.
