Artificial Intelligence Lead - Python

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on AI engineering expertise with technical leadership capabilities, enabling the successful delivery of AI-powered products, intelligent automation solutions, and large-scale GenAI applications.

The role involves leading AI initiatives across the organization, defining AI architecture standards, mentoring engineering teams, and collaborating with business stakeholders to identify and implement high-impact AI use cases.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions across business functions.

- Define scalable AI architecture patterns for enterprise applications and cloud-native environments.

- Drive end-to-end AI solution delivery from use-case identification through production deployment and monitoring.

- Establish engineering standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for AI development.

- Design and implement production-grade GenAI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions leveraging vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources.

- Develop AI agents and multi-agent workflows to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.

- Implement prompt engineering, model evaluation, guardrails, and AI observability frameworks.

- Optimize model performance, latency, scalability, and operational costs.

- Build reusable AI services, APIs, frameworks, and accelerators that support multiple business use cases.

- Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications, products, and digital platforms.

- Establish AI model lifecycle management, deployment pipelines, and monitoring capabilities.

- Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to ensure robust data pipelines for AI workloads.

- Lead and mentor AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Machine Learning Engineers.

- Conduct architecture reviews, technical assessments, and design workshops.

- Provide technical guidance on AI frameworks, model selection, and deployment strategies.

- Drive innovation through proof-of-concepts and emerging AI technologies.

- Partner with business leaders to identify AI opportunities and define solution roadmaps.

- Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.

- Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Drive adoption of AI capabilities across the organization.

- Implement responsible AI practices, security controls, and governance standards.

- Ensure compliance with data privacy, regulatory, and ethical AI requirements.

- Establish AI monitoring, auditing, and risk management processes.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6 to 10 years of experience in Software Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, or AI Engineering.

- 3+ years of experience designing and delivering AI/GenAI solutions in production environments.

- Strong expertise in Python and AI application development.
