Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced AI Lead Generative AI to design, develop, and deliver AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for enterprise use cases. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, LangChain, RAG, and AWS.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for enterprise use cases.

- Build LLM-powered applications using LangChain and RAG architectures.

- Develop machine learning models for predictive analytics and intelligent automation.

- Build data pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and model training.

- Integrate AI solutions with cloud platforms and enterprise applications.

- Fine-tune, evaluate, and monitor ML and Generative AI models.

- Work with structured and unstructured data to generate meaningful insights.

- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and Product teams.

- Ensure AI solutions are scalable, reliable, and production-ready.

- Stay updated with emerging AI, ML, LLM, and Generative AI technologies.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering or Data Science.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Python.

- Experience with Machine Learning algorithms and model development.

- Strong experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Hands-on experience with LangChain, RAG, and AI orchestration frameworks.

- Experience with AWS Cloud services.

- Good understanding of data processing and Data Science concepts.

- Experience with model deployment, evaluation, and monitoring.

- Strong problem-solving and technical communication skills.
