Role Overview :

We are looking for a seasoned AI Engineer to join our high-impact product team in Bangalore/Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and deploying scalable AI models that solve complex business challenges. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and software engineers, to integrate intelligent features directly into our core product ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions that automate decision-making processes to enhance overall system performance for our global client base.

- Develop and maintain robust REST APIs to ensure seamless integration of machine learning models with existing web applications and microservices.

- Collaborate with engineering stakeholders to optimize model latency and throughput, ensuring high-availability performance for millions of concurrent users.

- Translate complex business requirements into technical AI roadmaps, ensuring that every model deployment aligns with long-term organizational objectives.

- Mentor junior team members and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards of technical excellence and architectural integrity across the department.

Requirements :

- Demonstrated expertise in building and deploying production-grade AI models using Python, with a deep understanding of libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.

- Proven ability to design and document scalable REST API architectures that facilitate efficient communication between AI services and front-end interfaces.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional partners.

- A minimum of 5 to 8 years of professional experience in software engineering or data science, ideally within a fast-paced, product-driven environment.

- A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field from a premier institute.

- High adaptability to a hybrid work environment, demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively across distributed teams in Bangalore and Hyderabad.
