Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications and solutions.

- Build scalable backend services and applications using Python.

- Develop, optimize, and deploy AI/ML models and workflows.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

- Participate in solution design, architecture discussions, and technical planning.

- Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications and business processes.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve application and model-related issues.

- Stay updated with emerging trends in AI, Machine Learning, and Python technologies.

- Mentor team members and take ownership of technical deliverables.

Required Skills :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.

- 3+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

- Strong proficiency in :

1. Python

2. AI/ML Concepts

3. Data Processing and Analysis

- Experience developing and deploying AI-driven solutions.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and drive project execution.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Knowledge of AI frameworks and libraries.

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

- Experience with APIs, microservices, and scalable application architectures.

- Familiarity with MLOps practices and model deployment.

Education :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
