About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI/ML architectures, Generative AI, cloud platforms, data engineering, and solution design. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to build innovative AI-driven products and platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions aligned with business objectives.

- Lead end-to-end AI solution development, from requirement gathering to deployment and optimization.

- Build and deploy machine learning models, NLP applications, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics solutions.

- Develop AI architectures leveraging cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

- Design and implement LLM-based applications, RAG frameworks, AI agents, and conversational AI systems.

- Establish AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.

- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders.

- Define AI roadmaps, technology standards, and best practices across projects.

- Optimize AI model performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.

- Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership on AI initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8- 13 years of overall experience with at least 4+ years in AI/ML architecture or solution design roles.

- Strong experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI.

- Hands-on experience with Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.

- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) including OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Llama, or similar technologies.

- Expertise in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.

- Strong understanding of MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

- Experience with vector databases, knowledge graphs, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.

- Knowledge of data engineering, ETL pipelines, APIs, and microservices architecture.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in enterprise AI transformation programs.

- Exposure to AI governance, responsible AI, and compliance frameworks.

- Certifications in Azure AI, AWS Machine Learning, Google AI, or related technologies.

- Experience leading cross-functional AI teams and large-scale implementations.

Education :

- UG : B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or related disciplines.

- PG : M.Tech / MCA / MBA (Preferred)
