Role Overview :

We are looking for a Senior Python Developer with strong backend expertise to design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices-based applications. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, technically strong, and capable of owning complex modules end to end.

Mandatory Skills & Experience :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Python development

- Strong expertise in databases : MongoDB, PostgreSQL, SQL, and ClickHouse

- Experience in REST APIs, external integrations, and backend frameworks

- Hands-on experience with Django, Flask, and FastAPI

- Solid understanding of microservices architecture

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and logical reasoning skills

- Ability to work independently on complex modules and contribute to technical and architectural discussions

- Willingness to work in PST hours and provide weekend support when required

Good to Have :

- Experience with distributed systems, asynchronous processing, or cloud platforms

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and microservices

- Collaborate closely with QA, DevOps, Product, and other engineering teams

- Take ownership of production issues, ensuring timely troubleshooting and resolution

- Follow engineering best practices and ensure high-quality, maintainable code
