Role : Senior Zoho Lead

Job Description :

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Zoho Developer located in Delhi. The Senior Zoho Developer will be responsible for developing, customizing, and integrating Zoho applications within the company's IT environment. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business requirements, designing technical solutions, implementing and testing modules, and offering support and maintenance for Zoho applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain custom applications using Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, and other Zoho tools.

- Implement automation and workflows using Deluge scripting and Zoho Flow.

- Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems via REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware (e.g., Zapier, Make).

- Customize Zoho CRM modules, layouts, reports, dashboards, and workflow rules based on business requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to gather requirements and translate them into Zoho-based solutions.

- Monitor and optimize system performance, data quality, and security within the Zoho platform.

- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and end-user training when needed.

- Stay current with Zoho product updates, new features, and best practices.

- Mentor junior developers and help establish Zoho development standards and documentation.
