Position : AI Tech Lead

Employment Type : Full-Time

Shift Timings : Indian / UK / US shifts (based on business requirements)

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-grade AI solutions.

- Build scalable applications leveraging Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies.

- Design AI architectures using Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering, and AI Agents.

- Develop reusable AI accelerators, copilots, and intelligent automation solutions.

- Mentor AI engineers, conduct architecture reviews, and establish engineering best practices.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and delivery teams to solve complex business problems using AI.

- Support pre-sales initiatives, solution design, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), technical proposals, and client presentations.

- Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of AI applications throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills :

- Strong programming experience in Python

- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs)

- Expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI

- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

- Strong Prompt Engineering skills

- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex

- Experience working with Vector Databases

- Cloud platform expertise in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

- Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise AI solutions

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in the Retail or E-commerce domain

- Knowledge of Docker and API-based deployments

- Experience building enterprise-scale AI platforms and intelligent automation solutions
