Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Lead to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, NLP, LLMs, and AI engineering, along with the ability to guide technical teams and drive AI initiatives from ideation to production.

The candidate will work closely with product, engineering, data, and business teams to identify AI opportunities, architect solutions, and deliver production-ready AI/ML applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI/ML solutions across business use cases.

- Drive AI initiatives from problem definition and experimentation through deployment and productionization.

- Develop and optimize machine learning models using appropriate algorithms and techniques.

- Design and implement Generative AI and LLM-based solutions for enterprise applications.

- Work on NLP, text analytics, recommendation systems, predictive analytics, and other AI use cases.

- Lead technical architecture and solution design for scalable AI/ML platforms and applications.

- Evaluate and select appropriate models, frameworks, tools, and technologies based on business requirements.

- Develop AI/ML pipelines covering data preparation, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.

- Implement MLOps practices for model lifecycle management, versioning, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

- Work with engineering teams to integrate AI/ML models into production applications through APIs and microservices.

- Optimize models for accuracy, scalability, latency, cost, and performance.

- Explore and implement modern approaches such as RAG, vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, and AI agents.

- Conduct PoCs and technical evaluations for emerging AI/ML technologies.

- Ensure AI solutions follow appropriate standards for security, privacy, responsible AI, and governance.

- Review code and architecture and establish development best practices for AI/ML engineering.

- Mentor AI/ML engineers and provide technical guidance to the team.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate technical concepts, model outcomes, risks, and recommendations.

Required Technical Skills :

1. AI / Machine Learning :

- Strong experience in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.

- Hands-on experience with supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.

- Strong understanding of model development, evaluation, optimization, and deployment.

- Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or equivalent.

- Strong programming experience in Python.

2. Generative AI / LLM :

- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.

- Experience with LLM platforms/frameworks such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, LangChain, or similar technologies.

- Experience developing and integrating LLM-powered applications.
