ROLE OVERVIEW :

We are looking for a motivated AI/ML Engineer to join our engineering team and contribute to building intelligent AI-powered applications using modern AI frameworks, backend systems, and LLM orchestration tools.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on Python development experience along with practical exposure to GenAI ecosystems including LangChain, LangGraph, Vector Databases, embeddings, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows.

This role is best suited for engineers who are comfortable building real-world AI applications, integrating LLM workflows, and collaborating with senior engineers on scalable AI solution development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain AI-powered applications using Python and FastAPI

- Build and integrate LangChain and LangGraph-based LLM workflows

- Work with Vector Databases for embedding storage and similarity search

- Assist in developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines

- Build reusable backend APIs and AI orchestration workflows

- Write clean, testable, and production-ready code

- Collaborate with senior engineers on AI solution architecture and implementation

- Participate in debugging, code reviews, and engineering best practices

- Support integration of AI services into enterprise applications

- Contribute to prompt engineering and embedding optimization workflows

Must-Have Skills :

- 1-3 years of software development experience

- Strong Python programming skills

- Experience with FastAPI / REST API development

- Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph

- Understanding of LLM workflows and prompt engineering

- Practical exposure to Vector Databases and embeddings

- Basic understanding of RAG architecture

- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD basics

- Understanding of software engineering best practices

- Strong debugging and problem-solving ability

Good-To-Have Skills :

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

- Familiarity with Docker/containerization

- Understanding of AI agent workflows

- Basic ML fundamentals (supervised/unsupervised learning)

- Exposure to embedding optimization and inference workflows

- Understanding of scalable AI backend systems

- Experience with enterprise AI integrations
