Required Experience :

- 6- 8.5 years of software engineering experience.

- Minimum 5 years of AI/ML experience with at least 2 years focused on Generative AI.

- Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI Agents, LangChain, Prompt Engineering, Fine-tuning, and Vector Databases.

- Strong programming expertise in Python and/or R.

- Experience developing and deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Strong understanding of OOP, Data Structures, Algorithms, and Software Design Principles.

- Exposure to DevSecOps, CI/CD, Agile, SAFe, and modern engineering practices.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and GenAI solutions.

- Build LLM-powered applications, AI agents, and intelligent assistants.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.

- Drive end-to-end product development, deployment, and optimization.

- Ensure high-quality, secure, scalable, and maintainable code.

- Leverage cloud-native technologies and automation for product delivery.

- Provide technical leadership and advocate engineering best practices.
