Brief job description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and deployment of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions, including multi-agent and RAG architectures.

- Define AI architecture, standards, and best practices leveraging Azure/AWS AI services.

- Drive the end-to-end AI lifecycle : experimentation, development, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.

- Ensure Responsible AI, governance, security, and compliance across solutions.

- Collaborate with business, cloud, data, and product teams to deliver impactful AI solutions.

- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and design oversight for AI teams.

- Present AI strategy and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.

Key Requirements :

- Strong experience in Python and AI/ML development.

- Hands-on expertise with Azure AI Foundry (mandatory) and Azure OpenAI (GPT, embeddings, fine-tuning).

- Deep knowledge of LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and prompt engineering.

- Experience with Azure ML, MLOps, APIs, containers, and scalable cloud architectures.

- Proven track record in delivering production-grade GenAI solutions and leading enterprise AI projects.

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.

Process / Domain Knowledge Mandatory :

- Experience in Generative AI based application development is must.

- Enthusiasm for acquiring and implementing new knowledge.

- Should be ready to come office at least 3 days a week
