Job Description: AI Integration Engineer

Location: Pune (Hybrid)

Shift Timing: 2:00 PM 11:00 PM IST (Flexible)

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled AI Integration Engineer with a strong background in backend development and hands-on experience integrating AI/ML solutions into production systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in connecting AI capabilities with real-world applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and seamless system interoperability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement AI/ML integrations into existing and new applications.

- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to deploy AI models into production.

- Build and maintain scalable APIs and microservices to support AI-driven functionalities.

- Integrate third-party AI services (LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision APIs, etc.) into business workflows.

- Optimize system performance, latency, and reliability of AI-powered applications.

- Ensure secure and efficient data pipelines for AI model consumption.

- Work with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) for deployment and scaling.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance AI integration pipelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in backend or full-stack development.

- Strong programming expertise in one or more of the following: Node.js, Python, Java, or Go (Golang).

- Proven experience in integrating AI/ML models or AI-powered APIs into applications.

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and system design.

- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data handling for AI applications.

- Understanding of AI/ML concepts (LLMs, NLP, embeddings, model deployment, etc).

- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with LLM frameworks (OpenAI APIs, LangChain, etc.)

- Exposure to vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.)

- Knowledge of event-driven architectures and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

- Prior experience in building AI-powered products or platforms.
