Role : AI Integration & Architecture Lead

We are looking for an experienced AI Integration & Architecture Lead to drive the strategic integration of enterprise chatbots, ServiceNow, AI agents, and Azure AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define the integration strategy and target architecture for enterprise AI agent ecosystems.

- Design scalable, secure solutions using A2A and MCP integration patterns.

- Architect integrations between enterprise chatbots, ServiceNow, AI agents, Azure AI services, and other enterprise platforms.

- Evaluate architectural approaches and provide trade-off analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

- Provide technical leadership for agent interoperability, orchestration, context exchange, tool invocation, and enterprise integrations.

- Guide engineering and delivery teams in implementing AI integration use cases.

- Establish architecture standards and best practices covering scalability, maintainability, security, governance, performance, and user experience.

- Assess the capabilities, limitations, licensing considerations, and feature constraints of ServiceNow Now Assist, AI Agents/AI Agent Studio, and Virtual Agent.

- Lead architecture workshops with clients, business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and technical teams.

- Prepare architecture option papers, solution blueprints, technical recommendations, and decision documents.

- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and integration constraints and develop mitigation strategies.

- Mentor technical teams and provide architectural oversight throughout implementation and delivery.

Technical Skills :

- ServiceNow : Strong experience with platform integrations, Now Assist (ITSM/HRSD/CSM), AI Agent Studio, Virtual Agent, Integration Hub, REST/GraphQL APIs, and Flow Designer.

- AI / GenAI & Agent Architecture : Strong experience designing enterprise AI architectures, Agent-to-Agent (A2A) integrations, Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers/clients, multi-agent orchestration, and RAG.

- Microsoft Azure : Strong experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Bot Service, and cloud security/identity/networking.

- Consulting : Demonstrated experience in client-facing architecture discovery, solution design, and stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in software architecture, enterprise integration, or AI/GenAI.

- Relevant ServiceNow or Azure certifications are advantageous.
