Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer / AI Lead to build and lead the development of enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), LangChain, LangGraph, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI frameworks.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect, develop, and deploy intelligent AI applications that address complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Generative AI solutions for enterprise applications.

- Build AI agents and multi-agent systems using LangGraph, LangChain, and Agentic AI frameworks.

- Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and embedding models.

- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into business applications and workflows.

- Implement advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques for intelligent automation and language understanding.

- Develop REST APIs and AI services using Python.

- Optimize prompt engineering, model performance, retrieval strategies, and AI workflows.

- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.

- Monitor AI application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and continuously improve solution quality.

- Mentor development teams, establish AI best practices, and contribute to technical architecture and innovation.

Required Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Python.

- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Llama, Claude, or Gemini.

- Strong knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP).

- Experience with LangChain and LangGraph.

- Expertise in building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks and AI agent development.

- Knowledge of prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.

- Experience integrating AI solutions with REST APIs and enterprise applications.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
