Key Responsibilities :

- Drive onboarding and adoption of approved AI tools, copilots, agents, and automation solutions across business and engineering teams.

- Conduct demos, workshops, training sessions, and enablement programs to promote responsible and effective AI usage.

- Scale successful AI pilots into reusable enterprise solutions by developing prompt libraries, playbooks, templates, and implementation frameworks.

- Design and build AI agents and reusable skills supporting SDLC activities such as requirements analysis, user story generation, code reviews, test case generation, release notes, incident summarization, and production support.

- Develop Python-based automation workflows for API integrations, reporting, data processing, metrics collection, and repetitive task automation.

- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms including Jira, Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, ServiceNow, Confluence, SharePoint, Teams, Slack, databases, and cloud environments.

- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure AI adoption, productivity gains, quality improvements, and overall business impact.

Required Skills :

- Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, and Responsible AI practices.

- Hands-on experience with Python scripting, REST APIs, JSON, workflow automation, and enterprise integrations.

- Knowledge of Agentic AI concepts including tool calling, prompt chaining, workflow orchestration, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop design.

- Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, knowledge base integration, and enterprise AI solution patterns.

- Good understanding of SDLC processes, Agile delivery, DevOps practices, testing, release management, and production support.

- Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, Confluence, SharePoint, Power BI, or similar platforms.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, documentation, training, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, GitHub CLI, and similar AI platforms.

- Experience with cloud platforms, AI governance, data privacy, secure AI implementation, and enterprise dashboarding.
