Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced AI Delivery Lead with 4+ years of experience in AI development and implementation. The role involves leading AI solution design, development, and deployment using Python, Azure, and video processing technologies.

Total Experience: 4 - 8 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead AI solution architecture, development, and implementation.

- Identify AI opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Develop and optimize AI models using Python and Azure services.

- Integrate video analytics and video processing capabilities into AI solutions.

- Ensure scalability, performance, security, and quality of AI systems.

- Participate in requirements gathering and review functional specifications.

- Ensure designs and code follow architecture and development standards.

- Participate in peer reviews and improve overall project quality.

- Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists.

- Work effectively in Agile environments and stay updated with emerging AI technologies.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

- 4+ years of experience in AI development and implementation.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; any graduate qualification considered.

- Strong proficiency in Python.

- Hands-on experience with Azure AI and Azure cloud services.

- Experience with AI solution architecture and implementation.

- Experience with video analytics or video processing technologies.

- Strong leadership, project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.

- Knowledge of Edge AI deployment strategies.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices for AI projects.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking.

Preferred Certifications:

- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate.

- Certified Artificial Intelligence Professional (CAIP).
