Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on AI Automation & Agentic Systems Engineer to drive automation and AI-agent initiatives within our engineering organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Python-based automation along with practical experience in AI/GenAI technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, workflow, and system validation.

- Develop AI-assisted automation solutions using LLMs and agentic workflows.

- Build internal productivity agents, copilots, and RAG-based knowledge assistants.

- Integrate automation solutions with CI/CD pipelines and engineering workflows.

- Create evaluation frameworks to improve AI-agent reliability and mitigate hallucinations.

- Collaborate with architects, developers, and validation teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Mandatory Skills :

- 5+ years of strong Python programming experience.

- Hands-on expertise with Selenium and/or Playwright.

- Solid understanding of automation frameworks and system design principles.

- Experience in software engineering and product development.

- Strong experience in at least one of the following areas : AI/ML, Generative AI, or RAG implementations.

- Exposure to AI frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph and familiarity with OpenAI APIs or similar LLM ecosystems.

- Proficiency with Git, Docker, CI/CD tools, and cloud environments.

- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with agentic AI systems, vector databases, and AI observability tools.

- Knowledge of MCP/tool-calling integrations and developer productivity tooling.

- Experience supporting engineering, product development, or semiconductor teams.

- Candidates with strong automation skills and moderate AI exposure, or vice versa, are encouraged to apply.

This is a full-time, work-from-office opportunity in Hyderabad requiring a high degree of ownership and the ability to work independently.
