About the Role :

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on AI & Infrastructure Engineer to Support the Implementation, Operation, and Continuous Improvement of Local AI Solutions and Linux Servers.

This role combines expertise in AI (Especially LLMs), Linux Server Administration, and close collaboration with business units to deliver practical and high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement, deploy, and maintain local LLM-based solutions (on-premise or private cloud environments).

- Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot AI systems to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.

- Set up, configure, and maintain Linux servers and related infrastructure.

- Work closely with internal teams in Germany to align technical solutions with business needs.

- Regularly engage with business departments to evaluate requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Continuously refine and adapt AI solutions to ensure optimal performance and usability.

- Document system architecture, processes, and best practices.

Qualifications :

- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Practical experience with deploying or maintaining AI systems (Local or Cloud-based)

- Experience with Identity and Access Management like AD, Azure AD, 2FA and SSO Solutions.

- Strong Linux administration skills (Setup, Configuration, Troubleshooting).

- Familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker) and orchestration is a plus.

- Experience with scripting or programming (e.g., Python, Bash).

- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.

- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.

- Fluent in English, German is an Advantage.
