Role : Agentic AI Developer

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, using tools, and executing multi-step workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Python, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and agentic workflows, with the ability to integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications and data sources. The candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and develop scalable, reliable, and production-ready Agentic AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop Agentic AI applications using LLMs, AI agents, and multi-step reasoning workflows.

- Build AI agents capable of planning, decision-making, tool/function calling, and autonomous task execution.

- Develop multi-agent and single-agent workflows for enterprise use cases.

- Build and integrate RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions using enterprise documents and structured/unstructured data.

- Develop applications using Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks and libraries.

- Integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, enterprise applications, and external tools.

- Implement function calling, tool use, memory, context management, and agent orchestration.

- Work with vector databases and embedding technologies to support semantic search and knowledge retrieval.

- Develop prompts and agent instructions and optimize them for accuracy, reliability, and task completion.

- Implement guardrails, validation, error handling, and human-in-the-loop mechanisms for AI agents.

- Evaluate and monitor agent performance, response quality, latency, reliability, and cost.

- Develop reusable AI components and frameworks that can be deployed across multiple business use cases.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions.

- Support deployment, troubleshooting, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI applications in production environments.

Required Skills :

- 4+ years of software development experience, with strong hands-on experience in Python.

- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Strong experience developing AI Agents / Agentic AI workflows.

- Strong understanding of LLM-based application development.

- Experience with RAG architectures, embeddings, vector search, and knowledge retrieval.

- Experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar platforms.

- Experience with agent frameworks/orchestration technologies such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent.

- Strong experience with REST APIs, API integrations, JSON, and Python-based backend development.

- Experience working with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate, Azure AI Search, or equivalent.

- Understanding of prompt engineering, context management, function/tool calling, and agent memory.

- Experience with SQL and working with structured and unstructured data.

- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience deploying AI solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP.

- Experience with Azure OpenAI / Microsoft AI services.

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud deployment.

- Experience with AI observability, evaluation, and monitoring frameworks.

- Knowledge of AI safety, responsible AI, security, and LLM guardrails.

- Experience building enterprise-grade AI assistants, copilots, workflow automation, or autonomous agents.

- Experience integrating AI agents with enterprise applications, CRM, ERP, databases, or business APIs.

- Familiarity with Power BI, Power Platform, or other enterprise automation platforms is a plus.

Education :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

The ideal candidate should be a hands-on Python + Generative AI developer with practical experience building Agentic AI solutions, not just prompt-based chatbots. The candidate should understand how to design AI agents that can retrieve information, reason over context, use external tools/APIs, execute multi-step tasks, and interact with enterprise systems.
