Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer operating in the AWS platform. This role focuses on UX modernization, improving usability, and delivering scalable, production-grade features across the full stack.

Key Responsibilities :

- Deliver end-to-end features across UI, API, and cloud layers Implement based UX enhancements using React.

- Develop and maintain backend services and APIs Build scalable solutions using AWS (Lambda, API Gateway).

- Optimize performance and reliability of Postgres-backed systems.

- Translate product and UX feedback into actionable features.

Front-End :

- Strong expertise in React.

- Experience implementing enterprise design systems (preferably Deere Fuel UI or similar).

- Ability to translate UX concepts into intuitive, structured workflows (addressing current usability gaps identified in clustering UX).

Backend / API Layer :

- Proficiency in Python-based services.

- Experience designing and building Restful Apis.

- Familiarity with API Gateway patterns and service orchestration.

Cloud & Infrastructure :

- Hands-on experience with AWS services, including Lambda (serverless compute) API Gateway RDS (PostgreSQL) including performance tuning and scaling considerations.

- Understanding of event-driven and scalable architectures.

Data & Persistence :

- Experience working with PostgreSQL / RDS Ability to design efficient schemas and optimize queries for analytical workloads.

Role Requirements :

- Proven track record delivering production-grade applications end-to-end.

- Strong ability to work within a scrum team. Navigate ambiguity and evolving product requirements.

- Experience in AI-enabled or data-intensive applications strongly preferred.

- Familiarity with human-in-the-loop systems and iterative feature refinement is a plus.
