Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using Robocorp and Python

- Build reusable automation components and scalable RPA frameworks

- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities

- Develop bots for data extraction, validation, transformation, and reporting

- Integrate automation solutions with APIs, databases, web applications, and enterprise systems

- Perform testing, debugging, monitoring, and maintenance of automation workflows

- Optimize bot performance and ensure high reliability and scalability

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, QA teams, and developers to deliver automation projects

- Prepare technical documentation and automation design specifications

- Ensure compliance with coding standards and automation best practices

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4-9 years of experience in software development and automation

- Strong proficiency in Python programming

- Hands-on experience with Robocorp and Robot Framework

- Experience developing and deploying RPA solutions

- Strong understanding of workflow automation and business process automation

- Experience with REST APIs, web services, and system integrations

- Knowledge of SQL and database operations

- Experience in debugging, exception handling, and performance optimization

- Familiarity with Git and version control systems

Good to Have :

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

- Experience with OCR, document processing, or AI-powered automation

- Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker
