Senior Software Engineer (SSE) TurboRater AE

About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (.NET) to design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade backend applications for TurboRater AE. The role requires strong ownership, deep backend expertise, and a performance-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using .NET technologies

- Work extensively on SQL Server (on-prem) for data modeling, optimization, and performance tuning

- Build and optimize backend services hosted on AWS cloud infrastructure

- Improve application performance, reliability, and scalability

- Independently own end-to-end deliverablesfrom design to deployment

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and DevOps

- Ensure best practices in coding standards, security, and system architecture

Must-Have Skills (Mandatory) :

- Strong hands-on experience with .NET / C#

- Solid experience with SQL Server (On-Prem) including performance tuning

- Experience working with AWS cloud services

- Strong backend engineering and performance optimization skills

- Ability to independently own and deliver complex modules

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Exposure to AI concepts / Prompt Engineering

- Experience with cloud-native architecture

- Prior experience in the Insurance domain
