Job Summary :

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for the architecture, development, and scalability of our next-generation backend systems.

You will work closely with cross-functional teamsincluding product, DevOps, frontend, and securityto build secure, scalable, and high-performance platforms.

You bring not just deep technical expertise but also a strong DevSecOps mindset, a strategic outlook on system design, and the ability to lead complex initiatives from ideation through delivery.

How you will make an impact :

- Own the design and end-to-end implementation of backend systems with a focus on performance,

reliability, and maintainability.

- Drive full-cycle feature delivery: from design, development, and testing to deployment and monitoring.

- Champion DevSecOps principlesensuring secure development practices and seamless integration with CI/CD pipelines.

- Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to optimize Kubernetes-based cloud deployments.

- Mentor and support the growth of senior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, design guidance, and technical leadership.

- Translate high-level product requirements into technical specifications and scalable engineering solutions.

- Lead initiatives to improve service observability, instrumentation, and system performance.

- Stay ahead of emerging trends in distributed systems, cloud-native technologies, and backend development best practices.

We are looking for people who :

- Expert-level proficiency in Golang and Java.

- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing microservices architectures and distributed systems.

- Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and modern container orchestration workflows.

- Strong familiarity with DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD tools and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Helm).

- Solid understanding of application security standards, authentication/authorization protocols (OAuth2,

JWT), and secure coding.

- Practical knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Redis) and caching strategies.

- Experience working with or leading full-stack or frontend-integrated engineering efforts is a plus.

- Proven ability to lead architectural discussions, balance trade-offs, and set long-term technical direction.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
